We had a great stay at Tranquil Palms. The house was very spacious and super clean. Hot tub and pool worked great. We had a power outage one night and the heater for the hot tub reset itself; management had a tech out the next morning and it was fixed in under an hour. Great communication and response. Thank you, we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Tiki Retreat! The house and accompanying features were incredibly clean and well kept. This is the first property I've rented where I would be excited to return in the future. Thanks to this rental, my family made such cherished memories sitting down at the Tiki Hut, enjoying every meal at the outdoor table, grilling, soaking in the sauna, and lounging in the sun. It's also a wonderful residential area to take walks and bike rides. Sandy and Les are great communicators and quickly respond to any request or question throughout the stay. I could go on and on about our positive experiences! You will not be disappointed if you choose the TIki Retreat as your next rental! Thank you, Sandy and Les! Tiki Retreat

When we decided to go to Cape Coral, it was a decision we did for self care, and to also get to know the area as we are planning to transition to Florida in the upcoming months. We reserved this Airbnb because the pictures showed a place that would allow us to rest and relax. However, the pictures do not do any justice to what we experienced. The place is immaculately clean, and you can tell the management company has made sure to keep the place up. We had an amazing time. The kitchen is stocked. The pool was so nice and clean and not overly shocked with chemicals. Their binder has every piece of information you will need to know how to enjoy your time and manage the house. I have stayed in Europe and through out the US in many Airbnb's and this one is on my top 4. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will be back to enjoy your place again.

We have stayed in several rental homes over the years and I must say this has been by far the best property we have stayed in (and more reasonably priced). Upon our arrival, the house was extremely clean (the grill was spotless!) and had everything we needed to enjoy the 2 weeks that we spent there. The layout was perfect with the spacious open kitchen and living room (good quality, big TV). The master bedroom was spacious and the beds in all bedrooms were very comfortable. The master bedroom bathroom was huge with a large open shower and bathtub. The house was in pristine condition and did not look tired or worn in any fashion. The pool was bigger than those that we have had in our past rentals and was very clean and tidy. As such, we were able to get plenty of exercise during our stay. This is the first time we have stayed in the house with an enclosure around the pool area. In the past, we have avoided them. However, we have changed our opinion as we found that we went home with very few mosquito bites! We enjoyed many comfortable dinners outside and found the grilling area top notch. The tiki hut was a nice touch. I thought we would use it more during the night time but found that we tended to use it more in the morning when having a cup of coffee. A very good and peaceful way to wake up and see the wildlife that lived in the scenic canal (turtles, ducks, fish). The other great feature of this rental home was the location to several big stores only a block away (Target, Walgreens, Publix, etc. as well as a number of eating establishments - McDonalds, Ruby Tuesdays, 5 Guys, etc.). Also, as it is central to Cape Coral, we found access to both the north and south of the city very convenient. We rented a boat which we kept at the Cape Coral Marina in the south which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. It was also a quick 10 minute drive to 47th street where you will find several restaurants. The property managers were also very helpful and explained everything important about the house to us the day after our arrival. A lovely home and great holiday location. We will be considering a repeat stay at this house in the future. Fantastic!!!! A definite recommendation!
