Booking guests for your vacation home. Cape Coral Property Services lists your property on Vrbo. Their Expanded Distribution Network means your property will be seen by guests through all Expedia Distribution brands (Travelocity, CheapTickets, Orbitz, & Expedia), as well as Trivago, KAYAK, TravelMob and other affiliates that specialize in vacation rentals. When guests book your home, the booking funds funnel directly into your account.

Cape Coral Property Services starts communicating with your guests from the first inquiry. We require the responsible party to provide identification and request that they be at least 25 years of age. We specify in each listing, No parties, No smoking, No pets, and fireworks are strictly forbidden. Once we have vetted your potential guest, we approve them to book your home. The guest will receive an email one week prior to their stay with the access instructions and house rules.
Once your guests arrive they will notice a binder that sits next to the complimentary bottle of wine, with information that includes everything from trash pick up days, to marina locations, restaurants and grocery stores as well as special activities in the area they may enjoy. Your guest will be instructed to complete a “digital check in” by accessing our website.
When your guests are scheduled to leave they will complete a “digital check out.” Cleaners are scheduled directly after check-out to clean your home and prepare your home for the next guests.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had great supplies and amenities. The pool and patio were great and being on the canal was beautiful and peaceful. Very cute and quiet neighborhood. Great location. Owners were very responsive to all questions and concerns! We had 6 adults staying at the property and there was plenty of room! Loved it and would definitely like to go back!!

Beautiful home in nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities and shopping close by. Great location allowing easy access to Ft. Myers beach & tourist shops. Owners and Managers were very gracious hosts. The property managers were most helpful and friendly. Stunning Anniversary / Vacation !

We have stayed in several rental homes over the years and I must say this has been by far the best property we have stayed in (and more reasonably priced). Upon our arrival, the house was extremely clean (the grill was spotless!) and had everything we needed to enjoy the 2 weeks that we spent there. The layout was perfect with the spacious open kitchen and living room (good quality, big TV). The master bedroom was spacious and the beds in all bedrooms were very comfortable. The master bedroom bathroom was huge with a large open shower and bathtub. The house was in pristine condition and did not look tired or worn in any fashion. The pool was bigger than those that we have had in our past rentals and was very clean and tidy. As such, we were able to get plenty of exercise during our stay. This is the first time we have stayed in the house with an enclosure around the pool area. In the past, we have avoided them. However, we have changed our opinion as we found that we went home with very few mosquito bites! We enjoyed many comfortable dinners outside and found the grilling area top notch. The tiki hut was a nice touch. I thought we would use it more during the night time but found that we tended to use it more in the morning when having a cup of coffee. A very good and peaceful way to wake up and see the wildlife that lived in the scenic canal (turtles, ducks, fish). The other great feature of this rental home was the location to several big stores only a block away (Target, Walgreens, Publix, etc. as well as a number of eating establishments - McDonalds, Ruby Tuesdays, 5 Guys, etc.). Also, as it is central to Cape Coral, we found access to both the north and south of the city very convenient. We rented a boat which we kept at the Cape Coral Marina in the south which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. It was also a quick 10 minute drive to 47th street where you will find several restaurants. The property managers were also very helpful and explained everything important about the house to us the day after our arrival. A lovely home and great holiday location. We will be considering a repeat stay at this house in the future. Fantastic!!!! A definite recommendation!

When we walked into the house, we were blown away by the warm feeling and beauty of the house! The layout is perfect! Everything was even better than what was in the description . We had all the necessities and plenty of space. The pool and spa were very pleasurable. The pool guy was super friendly and took care of the pool very professionally. The property managers, Sandy and Les were very pleasant and quite friendly and helpful. Easy to talk with. We were within driving distance of Sanibel Beach, many delicious restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Yet our house felt private with the gorgeous landscaping and the Tiki hut on the deck on the canal. There you can see fish, turtles, lily pads and Muscovy ducks in the water! We had an amazing tour seeing Manatees on a pontoon boat in Naples...about an hour from the house. Well worth the drive! We enjoyed the house so much. Wouldn't change a thing. Can not wait to stay again. Thank you for everything.

We were very impressed with this home the moment we drove into the driveway. It's a very beautiful, quiet and spacious home. The layout of the home was perfect for a group of 8. The pool area was very spacious and relaxing where we can also view the canal and the kids fishing. The manager of the home were very nice and helpful. Check in was quick to the point as well as check out. All questions were answered through email or phone call as well as a book that was provided to show all attractions and things to do around the area. We loved our stay. Thank you so much!

This is an extremely well kept house, to say it was clean is an understatement. The owners have gone to great lengths not only to make it visually appealing, but comfortable as well. My children enjoyed the heated pool, as did the adults. The screened in lanai with plenty of seating, grill , and outdoor kitchen made entertaining a wonderful experience. I have visited Cape Coral, many times and stayed at many rental homes, but I must say this one is at the top of my list. My family and I look forward to staying at the property in the future, and would highly recommend it to everyone as well.
